Our client, a leading organization in the consulting industry, is seeking an Operations CSR to join their team. As an Operations CSR, you will be part of the operations department supporting the incoming Mail department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operations CSR

Location: El Segundo, CA

Pay Range: $19.50hr to $23.00hr (depending on experience)

Shift: Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm

What's the Job?

• Support the incoming Mail department by sorting and distributing mail efficiently
• Assist with maintaining accurate mail logs and records
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery and receipt of mail
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety and security protocols related to mail handling

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of mail handling procedures is a plus
