Our client is seeking an Office Customer Service Representative to join their team. As an Office Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the customer service department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and proficiency in CAD software, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Office Customer Service Representative
Location: Roaring Spring, PA
Pay Range: $35,000 to $41,000.00 depending on experience
Shift: Monday to Friday, 1st shift
What's the Job?
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and order requests.
- Review customer specifications and assist with CAD drawings or drafting modifications.
- Communicate technical requirements between customers, production, and sales teams.
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Collaborate with designers and production staff to ensure proper execution of packaging designs.
What's Needed?
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) or drafting techniques.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy.
