Marketing & Events Manager (Temporary)

Our client, a Medical Device Company is seeking a Marketing & Events Manager to join their team. As a Marketing & Events Manager, you will be part of the Marketing Department supporting the Events and Trade Show team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Marketing & Events Manager (Temporary)

Location: Wayne, NJ

Pay Range: $45-48/hr

What's the Job?

• Coordinate day-to-day planning for upcoming trade shows and events
• Manage event timelines and project trackers to ensure timely execution
• Collaborate with vendors on logistics such as booth setup, shipping, signage, AV needs, and budget management
• Support review and approval of event materials including brochures, signage, and presentations
• Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and post-event follow-up activities

What's Needed?

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination effectively
• Clear communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Event planning or marketing experience preferred
