Manufacturing Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and innovative technology solutions, is seeking a Manufacturing Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Manufacturing Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support and Order Management teams, supporting the company's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Pay Range: $28-$30hr

Shift: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

What's the Job?

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate product or service information to customers, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Monitor customer service interactions, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and documented.
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
