Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer – Direct Hire - First Shift - Richmond Hill, GA Mon-Fri 8am-5pm $70,000 - $80,000 Starting Salary - Based on Experience Level

Manpower is assisting a premiere industrial manufacturer local to Richmond Hill, GA in hiring a Maintenance Engineer. This company has top health benefits and a state of the art automation facility.

The Machine Engineer for the Maintenance Team will be responsible for troubleshooting and programming robot applications, conveyor systems, equipment, and process/equipment monitoring systems.

Additional skills include:

• SAP Operations
• Enter preventive, general, and breakdown maintenance data into the SAP
• Create and update the preventive maintenance task list and ensure reliability
• Create and update function location and equipment numbers
• Review and report equipment, equipment downtime, damage codes, downtime causes, countermeasures, and maintenance repair/replacement activities
• Print, install, and manage barcode labels on machines
• Control the preventive maintenance process with tablet PCs, train hourly team members

General Operations:

• Collaborates with QC to perform annual equipment inspections and tool measuring
• Evaluates and compares equipment history to update in SAP
• Manages the equipment maintenance manual
• Prepares weekly work summary report
• Assists maintenance management as needed
• Plans equipment PM schedules, shutdowns, and repairs for MNAe Plant Line
• Plans equipment improvement schedules for MNAe Plant Line
• Controls equipment downtime/MTTR/MTBF/3R5S/Improvement for MNAe Plant Line
• Controls weekly/monthly results and plan for MNAe Plant line
• Controls equipment materials and spare parts accuracy for the MNAe Plant line
• Reports results and improvement plan for MNAe Plant Line PM planning for equipment's
• Supports equipment materials and spare parts accuracy for MNAe Plant Line
• Supports to list up for the inconsistency of equipment with countermeasures
