IT Service Desk Support

Level 1 Help Desk Support

Our client, in Avon Lake, is seeking to add a Level 1 Tech Support position to their team. In this position, you will be part of the customer service department supporting inside and outside customers.

Location: Avon Lake, OH

Pay Range: 24.45

What's the Job?

• Provide IT Service Desk support via telephone, email, or remote access
• Troubleshoot, document, and replicate customer problems and provide resolution
• Participate in the knowledge creation and maintenance process
• Perform password changes, account creations, and other level 1 tasks
• Serve as a back up to Executive Support Analyst

What's Needed?

• 1-5 years experience in help desk/service desk environment
• Communication and troubleshooting skills
