Our client, a wood manufacturer, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join their team. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be part of the Sales Department, supporting both the sales and customer service teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: North Java, NY

Pay Range: $23/hour base + commission (average earnings around $30/hour)

What's the Job?

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and close sales to meet targets
• Understand client needs and offer tailored product or service solutions
• Create accurate quotes, customer orders, and shop orders
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of construction, woodworking, or building trades
• Experience with Microsoft Office or similar computer systems
• Previous customer service or inside sales experience preferred
• Strong math skills and attention to detail
