Industrial Sales Rep

Now Hiring: Outside Sales Representative (Industrial Sales)

Location: Greater Charleston, WV & Surrounding Territories (WV, VA, KY, OH)

Compensation: $16-$18/hr plus commission package (based on sales-experience)

Reporting Structure: Onsite (not remote)

Schedule: Mon–Fri | 8 AM–5 PM with regular regional travel

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building connections, solving problems, and driving revenue through hands-on engagement with clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Make outside/in-person sales calls via phone, email, and in-person visits
• Generate and manage your own schedule and appointments
• Meet with purchasing agents, managers, and decision-makers
• Troubleshoot and recommend equipment based on client needs
• Quote jobs and gather necessary specifications
• Conduct 5+ on-site sales presentations per week
• Maintain professional image and strong in-person presentation skills
• Collaborate with inside sales team for follow-up and support
• Use CRM and office software for quotes, customer history, and inventory
• Submit travel reports and expense documentation

What You'll Need:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation and ability to manage your own schedule
• Comfort with computers and manual dexterity for quoting and reporting
• Professionalism, tact, and customer service mindset
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Prior sales experience selling industrial supplies is a plus*
