Our client, a leading organization in the commercial real estate sector, is seeking a HVAC Engineer to join their team. As a HVAC Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering & Technical Services department supporting a dedicated team of professionals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Allentown, PA

What's the Job?

• Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for complex commercial HVAC systems
• Conduct proactive performance testing to ensure optimal operation
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections
• Operate and troubleshoot building automation systems
• Collaborate with tenants and vendors to ensure smooth facility operations

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HVAC systems and building maintenance
• Experience with chilled water systems
• Knowledge of building automation systems
• High School Diploma or equivalent, with trade school experience preferred
• Refrigerant certification is a plus
