Hubbell, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join their team. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be part of the HR Department supporting the Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a desire to contribute to a dynamic and inclusive workplace environment.

Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

Location: Arden, NC

Pay Range: $30.00 must have experience

Shift: Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Coordinate daily human resources activities to support organizational goals
• Assist in implementing HR strategies, procedures, and processes to foster a high-performance culture
• Support recruitment efforts, including career fairs and diversity initiatives
• Manage employee engagement activities and promote an inclusive workplace culture
• Assist with benefits administration, workers' compensation claims, and regulatory compliance

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred
• 2 years of relevant HR experience
• Excellent computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with worker's compensation and FMLA/LOA is a must
