Our client, a leading organization in the industrial and technology sector, is seeking an HR Project Management Specialist to join their team. As an HR Project Management Specialist, you will be part of the HR Services Department supporting global HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Range: To be determined based on experience

What's the Job?

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation and execution
• Lead the delivery of critical Oracle HCM projects on scope, budget, and schedule to support organizational goals

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR project management or related roles
• Proven success in managing and delivering complex HR projects and initiatives
• Strong skills in project planning, organization, and prioritization
• Ability to influence and coordinate action groups outside of direct reporting lines
• Experience leading teams of subject matter experts across HR, IT, Finance, and other disciplines without direct management authority
