HR Manager (Contract Position)

Our client is seeking an HR Manager with automotive manufacturing industry experience to join their team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, labor compliance, training and development, and organizational change management. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams, able to work under minimal supervision and exhibit a high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Franklin, OH

Pay Rate: Pay is between $55-60/hour w2 (Will be dependent on experience level)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the HR function for the facility, supporting over 250 employees
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes in compliance with company policy and employment law
• Administer compensation programs, benefits enrollment, and payroll coordination in partnership with corporate HR/Payroll teams

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry strongly preferred
• Proven leadership and experience managing a plant HR function
