Our client, a high-end dining establishment located in Palm Springs, CA, is seeking a dedicated and professional Dining-room Hostess to join their team. As a Dining-room Hostess, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and smooth restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier service in a sophisticated environment.

Job Title: Dining-room Hostess

Location: Palm Springs, CA

Pay Range: $25-$26 per hour

Shift: Various shifts available

What's the Job?

• Assist with seating arrangements and manage guest flow efficiently
• Oversee billing processes and ensure accuracy in transactions
• Support customer service team to deliver an exceptional dining experience
• Utilize POS systems to manage orders, payments, and inventory tracking
• Collaborate closely with supervisors to maintain high standards of dining-room etiquette and professionalism

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of experience working with POS systems
• Strong customer service skills and experience in a high-end restaurant environment
• Knowledge of dining-room etiquette and professionalism
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with digital POS hardware and software
• Ability to work various shifts and adapt to a dynamic environment
