Our client, the retail industry, is seeking a Food Service Worker - Retail to join their team. As a Food Service Worker - Retail, you will be part of the retail operations supporting customer service and food preparation teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Marquette, MI

Shift: Variable shifts/days/locations, including afternoon and weekend shifts; typical work hours are Sunday - Friday, with shift start times between the hours of 7:30 am and 12:00 pm, Weekend work is a needed…could flex a bit with a weekend here and there off.

What's the Job?

• Perform daily maintenance and operation of retail food service activities under routine supervision
• Prepare and sell a variety of food, beverage, and retail items to customers
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold retail standards
• Assess customer orders and expedite food from the kitchen to the service team
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained in the retail environment

What's Needed?

• Required Minimum Work Experience: Eighteen months of experience in retail or convenience store or retail restaurant, including cash registers, food preparation, serving, and customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
