Job Title: Food Service Team Member

Location: Upland, Indiana Job Type: Part-time Shift: 10 - 2:30 or 4:30 -9 (or both)

Overview: We are seeking dependable and energetic individuals to join our food service team. This role involves assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing hot and cold food items, ensuring proper storage and adherence to food safety standards.
• Set up food stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, utensils, and other items.
• Interact with guests in serving, retail, and dining areas, following guest service protocols.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and equipment in compliance with client and regulatory guidelines.
• Uphold a fast pace and multitask effectively during service hours.

Qualifications:

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to communicate professionally and respectfully with team members and other departments.
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with all colleagues, customers, and representatives.
