Our client, a leader in aerospace and industrial technology, is seeking an Engineering Support Specialist to join their team. As an Engineering Support Specialist, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting project management and operational activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Engineering Support Specialist

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Range: $34-$36/hr DOE plus benefits

What's the Job?

• Assist in managing program financial data and schedule information for engineering projects (e.g. earned value)
• Support cross-functional team communication to ensure project plans are executed effectively
• Contribute to the successful completion of projects within scope and budget
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to support daily operational activities

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics from an accredited institution
• 1-2 years of experience in engineering support or related roles
• Strong drive to learn and support engineering teams effectively
• Ability to manage day-to-day assignments and keep team members informed of progress
• Experience with program or project management tools and techniques (EVMS or cost account management preferred)
