Electro Mechanical Service Technician

Our client, Industrial Manufacturing is seeking an Electro Mechanical Service Technician to join their team. As an Electro Mechanical Service Technician, you will be part of the Service Support department supporting field service operations and production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Bloomer, WI

Pay Range: $54,800 - $67,600

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm, with up to 40% travel

What's the Job?

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and support calls, managing service tickets efficiently.
  • Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on electromechanical systems and components.
  • Document all service activities accurately and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues.
  • Support on-farm service calls, installations, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Assist in assembling and installing electrical and mechanical components on dairy equipment units.

What's Needed?

  • Technical diploma or equivalent experience in electromechanical or mechatronic systems, with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with field service, diagnostics, and hands-on repair work.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in data entry into software databases.
  • Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams; familiarity with PLC, HMI control systems, and robotics is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
