Our client, an industry leader in aerospace technology, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Electrical Engineer to join their dynamic team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the development and integration of complex electronic control systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to engineering challenges, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Range: $41.25 Hourly

What's the Job?

• Lead the design, development, and integration of electronic control units and airborne electronic hardware for aerospace applications.
• Support production and factory activities by resolving engineering support cases and implementing design changes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as DO-254 and manage obsolescence issues for electronic components.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver system solutions that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Manage engineering documentation, including drawings, change notices, and substantiation/justification reports.

What's Needed?

• Experience developing Circuit Card Assemblies and Printed Circuit Boards.
• Knowledge of circuit analysis and modeling techniques.
• Experience writing substantiation and justification for change documents related to electronic components.
• Proficiency in electronic testing and validation processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
