Inventory Data Collection Associate

Our client, a leading North American distributor of a broad range of metalworking and maintenance, repair, and operations products and services, is seeking an Inventory Data Collection Associate to join their team. As an Inventory Data Collection Associate, you will be part of the office supporting the team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and outstanding customer service skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: East Aurora, NY

Pay Range: $25/hour

Shift: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

• Collect and enter item data into an Excel-style spreadsheet.
• Perform accurate cycle counts of inventory.
• Adhere to project timelines and deliverables.
• Provide exceptional service to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong computer literacy, including email and internet browsers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Industrial knowledge preferred.
