Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading logistics and delivery services provider, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting delivery and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CWR-Customer Service Rep I

Location: Fort Myers, FL

Pay Range: $16 per hour

Shift: Tuesday - Saturday (0600 - 1430), (0800 - 1630), or (1100 - 1930); shift may rotate based on operational needs

What's the Job?

• Monitor daily delivery routes and maintain real-time communication with driver teams
• Ensure delivery schedules are met, provide rerouting as needed, and document issues
• Support customer escalations by communicating during in-home deliveries and de-escalating complaints
• Assist with warehouse check-in processes, primarily during 2nd shift, including trash segregation and drop zone management
• Provide direction and escalation support to team members, capturing service disruptions and key issues for management review

What's Needed?

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues satisfactorily
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in real-time situations
• Prior experience in dispatch, warehouse, or delivery operations is preferred
