Our client, a leading logistics and customer service organization, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer interactions and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Pompano Beach, FL

Pay Range: $16 per hour

Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 11am - 8pm (Sundays and Mondays off)

What's the Job?

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner to resolve issues effectively
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues related to deliveries and customer inquiries
• Monitor progress of delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps to maintain accurate records and processing
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders efficiently and accurately

What's Needed?

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-year related experience, preferably within a call center environment
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues satisfactorily
• Solid multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
