Our client, a dynamic organization in the window treatment industry, is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support and Sales teams supporting client engagement and order management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service/Sales Representative

Location: Irvington, NY

Pay Range: $24 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Temp-Perm Opportunity

What's the Job?

• Interact with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
• Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services, ensuring accuracy.
• Address customer questions and complaints; escalate issues when beyond the representative's knowledge.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and comments.
• Provide administrative support to the fabrication team, including printing work orders and scanning paperwork.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening.
• Experience in the Window Treatment industry a definite plus
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Good data entry skills and attention to detail.
