Our client, a leader in the healthcare services industry, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be part of the Customer Care Department supporting service engineers and strategic partners. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking, active listening, and conflict resolution skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator Location: Remote (initial 6 weeks training onsite, then remote – U.S. based) Pay Range: $23.52 per hour
Manage end-to-end planning for allocation and deployment of field resources
Own customer communications for service events, ensuring commitments are met
Navigate complex scheduling discussions with customers while applying prioritization logic
Collaborate with field management to coordinate deployment of resources
Support capacity planning to meet cyclical demand and optimize utilization
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with diverse audiences
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP preferred
Ability to problem-solve, think critically, and manage complex situations
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong ownership culture
