Our client, a leading organization in customer service and client relations, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the sales and production teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Temple, TX

Pay Range: $18/hr

Shift: M-F 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

• Accurately and promptly entering customer orders to ensure production matches customer specifications
• Handling all aspects of customer care including problem resolution, relationship management, and invoicing
• Partnering with the sales team in providing timely quotes and product specifications
• Coordinating customer requests for information, promotional materials, or products
• Completing ad hoc projects as assigned to support team goals

• Previous experience in customer service or related roles is a plus
