Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to support our order processing and customer communication. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have experience in shipping/receiving or distribution centers, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and shipping to ensure timely delivery.
• Submit orders for credit approval and act as a liaison between customers, sales reps, and the factory.
• Respond to inquiries about products, order status, changes, and returns via phone or email.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Build strong professional relationships and stay updated on product knowledge.
• Enter customer orders, repairs, and returns accurately.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Able to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
• Experience in furniture or manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience in shipping/receiving, logistics, or distribution centers.
• Familiarity with inventory and order fulfillment processes.
