Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting technical assistance and customer relations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Rio Rancho, NM

Pay Range: $19.59 hourly

What's the Job?

  • Respond independently to complex customer issues using standard protocols
  • Resolve difficult technical problems related to hardware and software from customer contacts and proactive notifications
  • Address service, product, technical, and customer-relations questions regarding features, specifications, and repairs
  • Proactively assist customers to prevent or reduce problem occurrence
  • Participate in projects, providing resolution and feedback based on analysis

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years of general experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, remote support, or telephone support
  • Ability to diagnose hardware issues confidently to FRU level and train team members on new technologies
