Order Management Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the marine and outdoor recreation industry, is seeking an Order Management Associate to join their team. As an Order Management Associate, you will be part of the Customer Operations department supporting the Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Hybrid – Menomonee Falls, WI

$20 / hour (depending on experience)

What's the Job?

• Accurately enter and validate customer orders in ERP systems
• Resolve order exceptions such as pricing discrepancies
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Monitor orders, process credits/cancellations, and manage PO revisions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

What's Needed?

• 2+ years in order management, customer service, or related field
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or CRM)
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
