Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading organization in the customer service industry, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, assisting clients with inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, aligning seamlessly with the company's commitment to outstanding service and inclusivity.

Location: Romulus, MI

Pay Range: $20/hr

Shift: First Shift (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

What's the Job?

  • Interact with customers to provide information about products and services
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally
  • Determine customer issues and offer appropriate solutions or follow-up actions
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Refer unresolved grievances to the appropriate departments for further investigation

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience with computer applications such as MS Outlook or data entry software is a plus
