Customer Service Operations Coordinator

Our client, a leading player in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Customer Service Operations Coordinator to join their team. As a Customer Service Operations Coordinator, you will be part of the Customer Service department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, robust analytical abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay Range: $19.98 per hour

Shift: 1st shift

What's the Job?

  • Receive and place telephone calls to maintain customer relationships.
  • Perform data entry and process electronic and manual orders for major retailers.
  • Serve as a customer advocate and correspond regularly with various departments.
  • Support the Field Force and Brand Operations teams with operational needs.
  • Manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.

What's Needed?

  • Preferred: BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred: 1-3 years of business experience, particularly in customer service.
  • Required: Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of SAP and Sales Force systems.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with attention to detail.
