Customer Operations Representative

Our client, a mission-driven dynamic food company, is seeking a Customer Operations Representative to join their team. As a Customer Operations Representative, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Sales and Logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Madison, WI

Pay Range: $17/hr

What's the Job?

  • Accurately enter and verify customer orders in the order management system
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
  • Maintain up-to-date records and coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams
  • Collaborate with sales and logistics to manage special requests and ensure timely deliveries
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of customer service or order entry experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
