Greet and assist customers at the sales counter

Process orders accurately using POS systems

Maintain product knowledge to recommend solutions

Handle inventory checks and restocking

Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals

Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally

Must-have skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of retail, sales, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer proficiency

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in industrial, automotive, or hardware sales
• Familiarity with inventory systems
• Bilingual skills
