Our client, a benefit consulting firm, is seeking a Claims Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Claims Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the claims department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional data entry skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Roseland, NJ

Pay Range: $20/hourly

What's the Job?

• Document specific claims by completing and recording forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintain quality customer service by following best practices and responding to customer inquiries.
• Collect and enter information into databases while maintaining accurate records.
• Support the claims department with various administrative tasks as needed.
