Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Chronic RN to join their team. As a Chronic RN, you will be part of the nursing department supporting patient care for individuals with End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD). The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Shift: 8 hours per shift

What's the Job?

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients.
• Perform ongoing assessment and documentation of patient data pre, during, and post hemodialysis treatment.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document their effectiveness.
• Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care outcomes.

What's Needed?

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 1 year of nephrology nursing experience in the last two years.
• Chronic hemodialysis experience is required.
• Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
