Chronic RN Opportunity

Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Chronic RN to join their team. As a Chronic RN, you will be part of the patient care team supporting individuals with End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD). The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Chronic RN

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Shift: 8 hours per shift

What's the Job?

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Perform ongoing collection and analysis of patient data before, during, and after hemodialysis treatment, documenting in the patient medical record.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options and care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and document their effectiveness.
• Participate in emergency response measures and staff training as needed.

What's Needed?

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience within the last two years.
• Experience in chronic hemodialysis is required.
• Current CPR BLS Certification.
