Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Chronic RN to join their team. As a Chronic RN, you will be part of the nursing department supporting the End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) health care team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Chronic RN

Location: Youngstown, OH

Shift: 8 hours per shift

What's the Job?

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients.
• Perform ongoing assessment and documentation of patient data before, during, and after hemodialysis treatment.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options and care plans.
• Administer medications and ensure compliance with treatment protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care outcomes.

What's Needed?

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience in the last two years.
• Experience in chronic hemodialysis is required.
• Current CPR BLS Certification.
