Registered Nurse – Hemodialysis

Our client, a leading provider in renal healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of the Clinical Care team supporting patients with End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD). The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: IN, Lafayette

Pay Range: $49.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Deliver and coordinate safe, effective hemodialysis care for assigned patients
• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient treatment plans and document outcomes
• Administer medications and respond to emergencies as needed
• Educate patients and families on treatment options and care plans
• Supervise and support Patient Care Technicians and other nursing staff

What's Needed?

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current state licensure
• At least 1 year of nephrology nursing experience in the last 2 years
• Minimum 3 months of chronic/acute hemodialysis experience
• CPR BLS Certification
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting and prolonged standing
