Registered Nurse (RN)

Our client, a leading provider in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of the Clinical Operations department supporting the End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) care team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Location: IN, Crawfordsville Pay Range: $49.00/hour

What's the Job?

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Perform ongoing collection and analysis of patient data before, during, and after hemodialysis treatment.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management.
• Administer prescribed medications and initiate emergency response measures when necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective delivery of hemodialysis therapy.

What's Needed?

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure and CPR BLS Certification.
• Minimum 1 year of nephrology nursing experience in the last two years.
• Minimum 3 months of chronic/acute hemodialysis experience.
• Ability to supervise Patient Care Technicians/LPNs/LVNs/RNs after meeting training and experience requirements.
