Chronic RN Opportunity

Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Chronic RN to join their team. As a Chronic RN, you will be part of the patient care team supporting individuals with End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD). The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Chronic RN

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Shift: 8 hours per shift

What's the Job?

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients.
• Perform ongoing assessment and documentation of patient data during hemodialysis treatment.
• Educate patients and families on treatment options and care plans.
• Administer medications and respond to emergency situations as needed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient care outcomes.

What's Needed?

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure and CPR BLS Certification.
• 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Chronic hemodialysis experience required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
