Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Chronic RN to join their team. As a Chronic RN, you will be part of the nursing team supporting patients with End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD). The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Victoria, TX

Shift: 8 hours per shift

What's the Job?

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned group of patients.
• Perform ongoing collection and analysis of patient data during hemodialysis treatment and document findings in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document their effectiveness.
• Participate in emergency response measures and serve as a resource for the healthcare team.

What's Needed?

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience as a RN.
• Chronic hemodialysis experience required.
• Current CPR BLS Certification.
