Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Chronic RN to join their team. As a Chronic RN, you will be part of the nursing department supporting the End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Chronic RN

Location: Lafayette, IN

Pay Range: Starting at an hourly of $49.00

Shift: 8 hours per shift

What's the Job?

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure safe and effective delivery of hemodialysis therapy.
• Perform ongoing collection and analysis of patient data before, during, and after hemodialysis treatment.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options and care plans.
• Participate in staff training and orientation of new team members.

What's Needed?

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure and CPR BLS Certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in chronic hemodialysis is required.
• Ability to perform essential functions under the direction of the Supervisor.
