Chronic RN

Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Chronic RN to join their team. As a Chronic RN, you will be part of the nursing department supporting patient care initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Shift: 8 hours per shift

What's the Job?

  • Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients.
  • Perform ongoing assessment and documentation of patient data pre, during, and post hemodialysis treatment.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment options and care plans.
  • Administer medications and assist in emergency response measures as needed.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient care outcomes and facility operations.

What's Needed?

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current appropriate state licensure and CPR BLS Certification.
  • 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Chronic hemodialysis experience required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with patient care, including heavy lifting.
