Chronic RN Opportunity

Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Chronic RN to join their team. As a Chronic RN, you will be part of the patient care team supporting individuals with End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD). The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Chronic RN

Location: Wilmington, DE

Pay Range: Starting at $55.00

Shift: 8 hours per shift

What's the Job?

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Perform ongoing collection and analysis of patient data before, during, and after hemodialysis treatment.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options and care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document effectiveness.
• Participate in quality improvement activities that enhance patient care outcomes.

What's Needed?

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience in the last two years as a RN.
• Chronic hemodialysis experience required.
• Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
