Attention maintenance and facilities professionals! We're now hiring a Building Services Technician for a 1st shift opening at IDEXX in Westbrook, Maine. Typical Daily Duties

• Perform set-up for corporate functions and meetings (move furniture, desks, tables)
• Participate in small and large office moves (breakdown/rebuild offices, move totes, computers, etc.)
• Install, maintain, and repair facility structures (painting, drywall, ceiling tiles, doors, light carpentry)
• Assist with AV systems and data/telephone wiring repairs
• Perform light plumbing repairs and respond to emergency maintenance requests

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work safely with hand and power tools and use a tape measure
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work well with others
• Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
• Preferred: Basic carpentry, painting, drywall repair, furniture assembly, or moving experience
