As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, assisting clients and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Location: Tampa, FL

Pay Range: $17/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

• Assist customers via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and processes
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed to meet organizational goals

What's Needed?

• Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish
• No prior experience required; open to candidates with a willingness to learn
• Successful completion of a criminal background check (State/Province and Nationwide Search)
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
