Spanish/English Bilingual Customer Service Professional
Our client is seeking a Spanish/English bilingual customer service professional for a temp to hire role. If you enjoy helping and resolving challenges with a feeling of accomplishment, then this opportunity is for you. The role includes but is not limited to:
- This is a hybrid role - candidate must be able to report to DC twice a week initially.
- Resolving customer issues while maintaining satisfaction rates through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Utilized internal databases to assist clients.
- Analyze events and solution out for clients
- Other duties as assigned.
Location: Hybrid/DC
Pay Range: $19.50
