We are actively hiring Bank Tellers & Experienced Banking Associates for openings across our trusted banking client's locations in Augusta, Manchester, and Winthrop. These positions all offer a great opportunity to build a career with a respected financial institution that values its employees and community.

These positions pay $17-20 and are designed to be temp-to-hire.

Typical Daily Duties:

• Greet and assist customers with transactions and inquiries
• Maintain accuracy in handling cash, deposits, and payments
• Support branch operations, compliance, and documentation
• Assist with account management, customer onboarding, and problem-solving
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the bank professionally

What We're Looking For:

• Previous banking, cash-handling, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial transactions
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to float between branch locations if needed (for swing/float roles)

Current Openings:

• Teller – Winthrop (35 hours, $17–$18/hr)
• Operations Specialist / Head Teller – Augusta ($18–$19/hr)
• Relationship Banker / Swing Float – Manchester ($19–$20/hr)
• Relationship Banker / Swing Float – Augusta ($19–$20/hr)
