Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting continuous process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Camarillo, California

What's the Job?

• Work independently to troubleshoot and enhance manufacturing processes for filtration and single-use processing solutions.
• Review designs and assist in testing and validation of manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Maintenance Procedures.
• Collaborate with operators, leads, and supervisors to identify and implement equipment improvements.
• Assist in the installation, startup, and training related to new manufacturing equipment.

What's Needed?

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar manufacturing engineering role.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong CAD software skills, including 2-D and 3-D design capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to continuous process improvements.
