As Mano bankas rapidly expands, we are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our team.

What You Will Do:

• Assist in managing relationships with existing and new clients under the guidance of senior team members;
• Support the onboarding process for potential clients, ensuring smooth communication and documentation flow;
• Handle day-to-day client requests and escalate more complex issues to the Account Manager or other relevant teams;
• Coordinate internal communication between departments to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries;
• Contribute to sales and marketing activities related to client retention and growth;
• Maintain accurate client records and help identify opportunities for process improvement and service quality enhancement

What We Expect:

• Degree in a relevant field (business administration, economics, or similar);
• Some previous experience in client service, sales support, or account management (experience in fintech or banking would be an advantage);
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian;
• Eagerness to learn about financial services, online business models, and payment industry trends;
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
• Detail-oriented and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
• Motivation to grow into a full Account Manager role and take on increasing responsibility over time.
