Job Description

You are responsible for creating technical and commercial documentation to promote the GME and GMA tower cranes and the expertise of the Potain brand for global distribution and use by internal sales teams and the global network of dealers:

- Promotion of the Potain range (Technical Sheets, Minidocs, range brochures - FEM, ENC25-D25, ENC50-ASCE, FEM HK wind standards)

- Sales support tools (Product Flashs, Product Guides, Quick Start Guides)

- Advertising materials (flyers, catalogs)

You participate in the various shared actions within the product marketing service (training materials, e-projects, etc.).

You assist in competitive intelligence.

Proposed Missions:

Plan, coordinate, and produce technical sheets for all new models (or product developments), minidocs, and other Potain documents in accordance with European machinery standards or other applicable country standards (FEM - EN C25-D25 - EN C50-D50 - ASCE - FEM HK).

Plan, coordinate, and create Product Flashs, Product Guides on GME/GMA models (or peripheral equipment). Synthesize technical data and write the description of a product, process, or equipment in a form of a sales argument. Manage the validation process.

Ensure the follow-up and development of various technical and commercial documents and sales support tools:

- Support the sales network

- Be proactive in the improvement process

Perform administrative tasks:

- Make supplier creation requests and follow up on order processing in SAP

- Write monthly reports and highlights

- Ensure the digital archiving of the document base and associated technical files

Required Profile:

Master's degree or equivalent in Sales/Marketing

Proficiency in Adobe tools: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, video tools

Knowledge and interest in web tools

Knowledge: GTL, Windchill, Isodraw, Creo View, SAP, reaction database

Excellent written communication skills

Proficiency in English
