Service Administrator

Manitowoc, international leader in providing premium lifting solutions, is looking for a Service Administrator to support our Mobile Product Support Team based in Buckingham (UK).

Main Responsibilities in this Job

  • To accurately complete service invoicing by collating job data (provided within the system)
  • Manage warranty claims
  • Provide worked hours and allowances to payroll
  • Be the point of contact for CPCS training booking
